    The 38th Annual World WiffleBall Championship, the world's largest and oldest, is set for July 15-16, 2017. Four- to five-player teams, ages 10+, will all play a four-game schedule on Saturday, followed by a single elimination tournament for top qualifiers on Sunday. The tournament will be played rain or shine.   Over the years, the event — which grew up in the shadow of Notre Dame's famed golden dome — has been featured on ESPN's SportsCenter, in Men's Health, in USA Today, in the book "101 Baseball Places to See Before You Strike Out" (ranked #27), and on Fox, CBS, ABC and NBC-TV.     Emily Oaks Nature Photography Contest Deadline Shoot your photos now for the annual Emily Oaks Nature Photography Contest in September! Photos must be taken at the Nature Center by amateur photographers and can be entered in three categories: wildlife, scenery, and people in nature. Up to nine black and white or color photos mounted in a mat frame or on mat board may be submitted. Photos must be between 5”x7” and 8”x10”. Photos will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, and will be open for People's Choice voting from September 16 through October 1 with photos displayed through November. Ribbons and prizes are awarded for each category. Entry fees are $6 for the first photo and $4 for each additional entry.
