Young children develop flexibility, strength and coordination in safe, fun, yet disciplined activities. Watch your child’s confidence blossom and skills improve while enhancing memory and agility. Offering a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises, students increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. November 4 classes meet at Prairie View CC.

Young people will have fun, build confidence and whole body fitness, and learn self-defense skills and social-emotional awareness. Safety, personal responsibility and respect for self and others form the foundation of the program, nurturing the black belt leader inside of each student.
