The Skokie Park District offers a variety of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Classes vary by season but include strength training, yoga, pilates, mind-body, and dance-fitness. Separate drop-in group exercise and spinning classes are included in all Fitness First memberships; a full schedule can be found here.
Specialized senior fitness classes are located at the Oakton Community Center and can be found through our Active Adults program.
