This two-part intensive yoga workshop is designed to build body freedom through structural balance by decompressing the spine. Each session consists of two classes, which each address one of the spine's two primary support systems: the hips and the shoulders. Instructor: Agnieszka Miskiewicz.
The first class focuses on building stability and mobility in the hip joints to create a resilient foundation and eliminate lower back strain. The second class focuses on opening the upper body and heart to release chronic tension by creating muscular support and alignment in the shoulders and neck.
Class runs on Fridays December 4 and December 11.
Fee: $57 (resident) / $71 (non-resident). Ages 16 and up.
