This workshop, given by Sarah Buckley from Open Communities, is designed to help older adult homeowners understand practical financial strategies for maintaining homeownership as they plan for stability in later years. Participants will learn about reverse mortgages options, home repair assistance, property tax programs, and local assistance programs. The workshop will highlight how housing counselors can support informed decision-making and long-term financial stability. Their goal is to equip older adults with the knowledge and resources to comfortably and affordably age in place. This workshop is a free event, but you must register to attend.
