Early Childhood At Weber

The Rookies program is designed to progress children through their early baseball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Juniors division are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment. Fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting are focused on each week, with the aim to introduce players to a controlled scrimmage by the end of the session. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided. No Class 7/6

The Pros program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookies class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. Fielding, Hitting, Throwing, and Catching are focused on each week, with more emphasis on body mechanics and control. Players will be introduced to simulated game play and use competitive skill games to test their ability to react to game like situations in a fun and accessible environment. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.

The Pro Dribblers program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookie Dribblers class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. No Class 7/4

Parents are an integral part of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skill activities focus on hand/eye and hand/foot coordination. Sports equipment and instruction are provided to help guide your child through an introduction to organized sports. Parents or caregiver participation is required. No Class 7/4 and 7/5

The Juniors Strikers program introduces players to the fun and excitement of the world’s most popular sport, soccer. This class uses age appropriate games and drills to promote motor skills and familiarity with a soccer ball. Through our fun games and adventure themed activities, players develop skills such as balance, shooting, close ball control, and trapping. The Juniors experience is one that not only instills a love for the game of soccer, but also shows the importance of sports activity to promote a full and healthy life. Parents are required to participate in the program with their child. Shin guards are optional, all equipment is provided. No Class 7/5

The Rookie Strikers program is the next step in the development for your young soccer player. The focus of classes is FUNdamentals that are crucial for every budding soccer player. Players focus on foot placement while shooting, following through on their shot, manipulating the ball in creative ways, defensive stance, and much more; all while participating in our fun games and adventure themed activities. Shin guards are optional, all equipment is provided. No Class 6/19,7/3 and 7/5

This high-energy program introduces children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling, and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs, and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. No class 7/4

From the depths of the ocean to a mesmerizing carousel, we’ll create colorful drawings that capture the spirit of summertime. A world of inspiration and art is at your child’s fingertips.

Drawings like our charming mermaid will capture your attention. And you’ll imagine the feel of sand between your toes when you see our beautiful beach scene.

Summer is coming to a close but it’s never too late to seek an artistic adventure with a Young Rembrandts drawing class. During the month of August, we’ll create medieval-themed imagery. Drawings like our castle scene will whisk your child away to the Middle Ages.
