The tour will cover the development of Skokie's Jewish community, mid-century modern aesthetics, the evolution of the nuclear family and second-wave feminism, and the 1960s civil rights and fair housing movements in Skokie.
Walk is about 2 miles long with no seating after the first stop.
Thanks to the Village of Skokie Human Relations Commission for making this walk free to the general public.
