Force Analysis Session
Understand how you are currently using the ground and learn the concept of optimal force production to maximize efficiency and distance. We look at magnitude direction and timing of forces in all 3 dimensions and discuss drills you can use to improve all three. We also look at the timing and velocity of you hips, torso, arms, and club to optimize swing efficiency and consistent contact.

Movement Analysis Session
By looking at the way your body moves to determine which swing faults you’re likely experiencing and whether your body is capable of creating a pain-free and consistent swing. After combining a global Functional Movement Screen and the golf-specific TPI Screen, we’ll develop a strategy to improve your mobility, stability, strength, and power so you can create a smooth and efficient swing.
