Rally Room at Oakton Park

The Rally Room is located at Oakton Park, on the southeast corner of the Skokie Water Playground complex, adjacent to the Oakton Pickleball Complex and the south softball diamond. The room is great for also renting pickleball courts, viewable from the party space.

Room Rental Fees

• Resident: $100 per hour
• Non-Resident: $125 per hour

Optional Pickleball Court Rental (available through room rental only)

• Fee: Residents –– $20 per court per hour, Non-Residents $25 per court per hour
• Courts 1–6 available hourly
• Courts available spring, summer, and fall

• Fee: Residents –– $20 per field per hour, Non-Residents $25 per field per hour
• North Baseball Field (near playground) / South Baseball Field (near tennis courts)
• Fields available spring, summer, and fall

Room Rental FAQs

How do I book the Rally Room?
You may request a booking of the room online. Once approved, you will be notified, and payment must be paid in full to keep reservation. Please see registration form below for full details.

What is the room’s capacity?
A maximum of 35 guests may be in the room at one time.

What kinds of decorations can I bring?
We recommend minimal decorations. A few themed balloons paired with paper plates, cups, etc. We discourage banners, streamers or anything that requires taping or hanging.

May I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes. Homemade or catered foods are allowed in the room. Food or alcohol may not be ordered or brought to the pickleball courts. Non-alcoholic drinks may be brought to the pickleball courts if there are no glass containers.

May I bring a cake or ice cream?
Yes. You can bring a homemade or commercially prepared cake. The room has a refrigerator and freezer to accommodate foods that need to be frozen or refrigerated.

Do you offer party packages from the concession stand?
No.
