Vinyasa yoga is a style that is known for fluid movements and flowing sequences. Like all yoga, breath is a connecting factor within the poses. Vinyasa is an active style yoga with a myriad of benefits including increased strength, and endurance while experiencing the calm mental clarity of yoga. Instructor: Victoria Biel.
