This is a new type of yoga that blends Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), pressure point stimulation, and somatic proprioceptive awareness with calming yoga poses. This relaxing supportive style of yoga is especially known for stress reduction and releasing held physical and emotional pain. Instructor: Victoria Biel.
