Come stretch, move and play with your little one! This fun and easy class introduces basic yoga through simple poses and playful activities during playtime at the Exploritorium. Adult caregivers and their little ones will enjoy bonding time while building strength, balance and flexibility. No yoga experience needed.
Free with paid admission. Admission required for all adults and children over 1 year old. Exploritorium admission: $7/$8 (resident/non-resident).
Recommended for children age 1-5 years old; adult participation recommended.
