Join us for the opening reception of "Your Analysis", an abstract photography show from Joel Pond.
A retired zoo veterinary technician, Joel photographed urine crystals derived from many of the animals he worked with at the zoo. The results of these photomicrographs are colorful and intriguing crystalized shapes and patterns that reveal the unexpected beauty of a unique natural subject.
Reception is 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 9 at Emily Oaks Nature Center.
The show will be on display until February 22, 2026.
