This introductory t-ball program is perfect for a child who wants to have fun, make new friends and be introduced to baseball. Participants enjoy learning the skills needed to play baseball including offense and defense, as well as the rules and philosophies of the game. The program stresses teamwork over competition. All you need to bring is a glove! No Class 4/20 & 5/25

Children will learn the game of basketball in a safe, fun and exciting environment. Our curriculum uses age-appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance, body awareness, motor skills, hand eye coordination, listening skills and the ability to follow directions! Parents are an integral part of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skill activities focus on hand-eye and hand-foot coordination. Sports equipment and instruction are provided to help guide your child through an introduction to organized sports. Parents or caregiver participation is required. No class 5/24

Young children will develop motor skills while having fun running and kicking. Parents and tots work together in this class, learning the basics of soccer. Dribbling, passing, shooting and kicking will all be emphasized. A variety of activities will be played each week. No Class 4/20 & 5/25

The Rookie Strikers program is the next step in the development for your young soccer player. The focus of classes is FUNdamentals that are crucial for every budding soccer player. Players focus on foot placement while shooting, following through on their shot, manipulating the ball in creative ways, defensive stance, and much more; all while participating in our fun games and adventure themed activities. Shin guards are optional, all equipment is provided. No Class 4/20, 5/25, 5/26,

Using creative and imaginative games, sessions focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation to help build a well-rounded athlete and child. No Class 4/20 & 5/25

The Rookies program is designed to progress children through their early baseball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Juniors division are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment. Fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting are focused on each week, with the aim to introduce players to a controlled scrimmage by the end of the session. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided. No Class 7/6

The Pros program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookies class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. Fielding, Hitting, Throwing, and Catching are focused on each week, with more emphasis on body mechanics and control. Players will be introduced to simulated game play and use competitive skill games to test their ability to react to game like situations in a fun and accessible environment. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.
