Decrease in COVID-19 cases results in new state requirements

As a result of the decrease in coronavirus cases throughout Illinois, today Governor J.B. Pritzker announced new COVID-19 mitigation requirements.

According to the new rules, the Skokie Park District will increase capacities for some reserved programming. (See specifics below.)

“As always, the health and safety of all Skokie Park District users is our priority,” said Executive Director Michelle Tuft. “As we open and close according to guidance from state and local health officials, we will continue to create new recreation opportunities for Skokie families to enjoy, be they in person or virtual. We will also continue to communicate district facility and program status changes as quickly as possible.”
