I understand that the Skokie Park District retains the right to remove from the program Groups/Organizations/Individuals that do not uphold the listed guidelines and safety recommendations. As the contact person for any organization or group, I understand that it is my responsibility to have all participants involved in the Adopt-A-Park program sign a copy of the Skokie Park District's volunteer waiver form.
