Skokie Park District staff continue to revise summer programs and events as laid out in the governor's Restore Illinois plan. The status of every summer program and event, as well as facility openings, will be based on the different phases of the state plan, taking into account group gathering limitations of 10 and 50, the ability to move programs outdoors, and the possibility of virtual offerings.

Should the district offer programming soon after the current stay-at-home order that runs through May 30, Group Fitness Classes will be available outside, with a modified schedule, and classes limited to nine participants and one instructor. Classes will also be available virtually via live stream and on-demand rentals.

All classes will have a nominal per class fee. Memberships will continue to remain on hold during Restore Illinois Phase 3 and will not be billed. Please click on the link below to answer a few questions about outdoor and virtual class offerings.

The Fitness Center will not be able to open until we enter Phase 4 of Restore Illinois. As that time gets closer we will send additional information regarding new policies and procedures being implemented for the safety of our members and staff.
