Emily Oaks Nature Center is a special-use facility with inherent rules and policies that are directed not only by the ordinances of the Skokie Park District and safety concerns, but also by the goals of the facility. The following are prohibited at all times:
· Fishing
· Pets
· Bicycling
· Alcohol
· Smoking
· Removal/Release of Plants/Animals
· Radio-controlled and Motorized Vehicles
Activities below are prohibited except when offered as a supervised Emily Oaks Nature Center program to ensure the safety of all involved and the proper care of the site.
· Fires
· Picnicking
· Boating
