Pool Group Visit Request

To book your group visit please read the following information carefully and fill out the form.  You will be contacted by pool staff to confirm booking. Groups visits take place weekdays only, no weekends. You must provide adequate supervision ratios. You will not be allowed to enter the facility unless these ratios are met. Group rate fee is $9 per person, minimum of 15 people. Resident discount also available for groups in the Skokie Park District. Group rate fee is $9 per person, minimum 15 people. Supervision ratios:
For children age 5 and younger: One responsible individual, age 16 or older, for every five children

For children age 6-10: One responsible individual, age 16 or older, for every ten children

All groups must participate in a safety orientation with a manager before entering the facility for the first time each summer. Swim tests are available and are required for those under 48” to use the big slides or diving board.

Coast Guard Approved life jackets are permitted. The Skokie Park District does not supply life jackets. No other inflatables or floatation devices are allowed. Life jackets may not be worn on water slides or diving board. Lifejackets are not a substitute for adult supervision.




Group admission entry begins at 12:30 p.m. Please send one representative to the admission booth to check in your group.


 

Swim test: *Swim test is a 25 yard swim in 5 ½ ft of water. Test is to determine swim capabilities and endurance. Swimmers that pass may use the entire facility. Swimmers that do not pass will be restricted to shallow areas of the facility.


Policies & Safety Rules

Lifeguards are on duty to enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies. Parents/guardians should supervise their children.

We do not have refrigeration/freezer space available. You may bring coolers with snacks and beverages. No commercially prepared foods are allowed.

Failure to adhere to safety rules, or repeated violations of pool rules, may result in the cancellation of your reservation.


Cancellations & Refunds

All parts of our facilities are completely outdoors and exposed to the elements. In the event of rain or low temperatures, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed; if we can, we will go ahead with the reservation. Otherwise, we can try to reschedule. Pro-rated refunds will be issued due to weather after the first hour of a reservation. Refunds can be returned to the original credit card used to purchase the reservation, or issue a check to reservation’s account.

When you click submit this form will be forwarded to the Aquatics Department. Someone will respond to your request within three business days. Your reservation is not booked and confirmed payment in full made. Individuals who are not already on file with the Skokie Park District will be asked for proof of residency to receive resident discounts.
