Learn the essential tools and techniques to preserve your favorite seasonal foods. We'll go over the basics of canning, pickling, and jamming fruits and vegetables using the hot-water bath process. Take a jar of jam home!

For adults ages 16 and up.

Fee: $28 Res / $35 Non-res.
