Over 21,000 acres of glacial hills, ridges and depressions (kettles) make up the southern unit of Kettle Moraine State Forest in Wisconsin. The trip is for those who like to hike, as we may cover up to eight miles of hilly terrain through hardwood and pine forests, prairies and wetlands. Bring a sack lunch; van transportation included.
