Events - Details

After completing a minimum of 30 minutes of either cardiovascular or weight training, members write their name on a leaf and hang it on a tree. (One leaf per visit) 

At the end of every week, all the leaves will "fall" and a name will be drawn out of the pile and that person will win a prize (a water bottle, fitness gear, t-shirt). 

At the end of the program, a name will be drawn from all the fallen leaves, and that person will win the grand prize - a free membership at Fitness First for a full year.
