Sample Oakton's Active Adult Exercise programs for free! Classes will be previewed in 20 minute increments, back-to back, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The classes being previewed are Tai Chi Chih, Cardio Strength & Stretch, BeMoved and, Zumba. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and come and try a class or two, or all of them! The schedule will be available March 11th.
