A state-of-the-art Pilates studio and first-rate instruction is located right in the Weber Leisure Center and down the hall from Fitness First! The Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body's core. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back through such equipment such as small weighted balls, foam rollers, large exercise balls, rotating disks, and resistance bands.
